Benoît A. Mauron joined LALIVE in 2015. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border commercial/fraud disputes, with particular experience in asset recovery. He regularly advises clients on the availability of remedies to secure assets located in Switzerland, whether on a stand-alone basis or in support of foreign proceedings, including by domesticating foreign arbitral awards or (interim) decisions.
