Cedric Roos is a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young AG.
He has extensive experience in domestic and international M&A transactions and restructurings with a specialization in real estate tax. He works on the seller and buyer side of transactions, both for private equity clients and multinational companies, and advises Swiss and foreign real estate funds as well as real estate companies.
Cedric Roos is a certified tax expert and holds a Master of Law from the University of Basel. Before joining Ernst & Young AG, he worked for another Big Four firm and for an internationally oriented bank in Zurich.
He teaches tax law at the commercial school KV Basel and publishes professional articles in the field of taxation.
