Claude Aemisegger completed his legal training and doctorate at the University of Lausanne and worked for several years in the tax team of a leading Zurich business law firm. As an attorney and federal tax expert, he advises Swiss and foreign entrepreneurs and their companies on all aspects of private and public law, with a focus on national and international tax and duty law. The main part of his work in German, English, French and Italian consists of interdisciplinary contractual and tax law advice on restructuring, company acquisitions and sales, succession planning and real estate transactions. In addition, he advises and represents private clients in appeal proceedings under public law. Inheritance law (including tax law aspects), debt enforcement and bankruptcy law as well as notarizations and certifications as a public notary in matters of matrimonial and inheritance law as well as commercial register law round off his profile.
