Katharina Otto
Katharina Otto is specialized in strategic knowledge management. She completed an apprenticeship as a tax assistant and studied international business law in Hamburg. After several years of practical experience in tax and legal consulting, she focused on knowledge management for service companies.
She is now responsible for the procedural organisation and optimisation of all knowledge management processes within PwC Switzerland. She is responsible for the Tax and Legal department and deals with all matters relating to the latest legal developments, process optimisation, the working world of the future, change management, communication and questions of knowledge transfer and storage.
She also advises other PwC offices around the world on the design of knowledge management strategies and regularly gives seminars on the subject.
