Martin Huber
Martin already focused on tax law during his law studies at the University of Bern. Martin got the deepening with an LL. M. Swiss and International Taxation at the Swiss Institute of Tax Law (SIST).
Martin has a total of 11 years of experience in tax consulting with a "Big4" and a medium-sized consulting firm. In addition, he worked for more than 6 years at the tax administration of the Canton of Bern, most recently as head of department for legal entities. Since 1 January 2021, he has been a Director at Deloitte AG. His main areas of expertise are tax advice to companies and their owners, restructuring and support for employees with international mobility (permanent establishment risk).
Martin teaches tax at the WKS Bern and commented as co-author on the tax law of the Canton of Bern. Since November 2018, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Institute for Swiss and International Tax Law (ISIS).
