Mathias Bopp
Mathias has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting. He worked for several years in New York, Chicago and Bern and is now mainly based in Zurich. His client portfolio includes some of the world's largest international companies, but also Swiss SMEs. Mathias advises companies in various industries on international and Swiss value added taxes and customs duties. His projects include data and process analyses, the implementation of processes and expert opinions, e.g. in the context of mergers and acquisitions, conducting negotiations and representation before tax authorities and courts.
Mathias is also a lecturer at the Universities of Zurich and Lucerne and author of numerous articles in relevant journals. For several years now, he has been named "Leading Indirect Tax Advisor" by the International Tax Review.
Furthermore, Mathias is a member of EXPERTsuisse's VAT Competence Center.
