Founder of Studio MAYR and subsequently of the MAYR FORT FREI partnership.
Formerly: Lecturer in Tax Law at the Universities of Innsbruck and at the Università Cattolica Milan as well as at the "Ezio Vanoni" School of Economics and Finance in Rome.
Lecturer in international tax law at the Scuola di Polizia Tributaria of the "Guardia di Finanza" (Ostia).
Lecturer in tax law at various Master courses (Bocconi University, "Il Sole 24 Ore", SUPSI Lugano, Master in International Taxation at the University of Hamburg).
Journalist and contributor to tax journals in Italy and abroad. Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars in Italy and abroad in the field of Italian and international tax law.
National Rapporteur for Italy at the IFA Congresses in Berlin in 1982, London in 1985, Toronto in 1994 and Vienna in 2004.
