Anne Marie Anselmi
Anne Marie has many years of experience in the field of national and international tax consulting. From 2006 to 2009 she worked at KPMG London before joining KPMG in Zurich.
She supports her clients in ongoing tax matters, in negotiations with the tax authorities and in particular also has many years of experience in the area of tax accounting. In addition to ongoing consulting mandates, she is responsible here as "tax specialist" of the audit teams on numerous audit mandates concerning the audit of tax positions in annual financial statements (IFRS, US GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER).
In addition to her focus on tax accounting, Anne Marie has led many projects with a focus on M&A, e.g. in the area of tax due diligence, pre-deal structuring such as carve-outs, as well as post-merger integration from a tax perspective. Anne Marie is also experienced in the drafting of tax clauses in purchase, partnership and financing agreements.
