Danielle Koyuncu is a Director in the FSI Tax practice at Deloitte Switzerland in Zurich and advises companies in the financial services sector on national and international tax matters. Danielle has extensive experience in corporate tax law, particularly in relation to reorganizations and tax structuring opportunities as well as cross-border matters. She acts as a specialist in all tax matters for banks, insurance companies and collective investment schemes in relation to withholding tax and stamp duty issues. She is also an expert on tax issues relating to financial products such as collective investment schemes and structured products.

 

Danielle studied at the University of Bern and has a degree in business administration (lic. rer. pol.) as well as in law (Master of Law). She has been a certified tax expert since 2012. She also has a CAS in VAT International and a CAS in VAT Banking & Insurance. Danielle worked in controlling at an industrial company and started her tax career at Deloitte after completing her law degree. In the meantime, Danielle worked for several years in the tax department of a large bank in Switzerland as deputy head of department and was responsible for national and international tax matters.
