Dominik Hohler
Dominik Hohler is a partner at Walder Wyss. He advises national and international companies on restructuring, financing, the establishment and expansion of their corporate structures as well as on reorganization measures and insolvency. He also deals with national and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. In addition, he advises companies on day-to-day operations in all areas of commercial and corporate law. Dominik Hohler regularly publishes and lectures in his areas of expertise, including as a lecturer at the University of Zurich.
Dominik Hohler studied at the Universities of Zurich (lic. iur. 2006) and Geneva and completed his education at Queen Mary University, London, with a Master in Commercial and Business Law (LL.M.2012). Before joining Walder Wyss, he worked as an auditor and clerk at the District Court of Zurich and as a lawyer in a commercial law firm/notary's office in Zug.
Dominik Hohler works in German and English. He also speaks French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry.
