Marco Stoffel
Marco Stoffel has extensive experience in Swiss and international tax law and in-depth knowledge of international tax law developments (OECD BEPS and EU ATAD). His practice focuses on tax advice to companies as well as national and multinational groups in cross-border situations. Among other things, he advises clients on the optimisation of international holding and financing structures.
Marco Stoffel is a Senior Manager in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice at Ernst & Young. He is a lawyer and holds an LL.M. in Swiss and International Taxation. In 2016, he was seconded to New York by Ernst & Young. As part of the International Tax Services team in New York, he focused mainly on cross-border matters between the US and Switzerland and related tax issues for US (multinational) clients.
In addition to his professional activities, he teaches international tax law at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland and publishes articles in the field of taxation.
