Content

Lawyers and trustees are increasingly confronted with a wide range of procedural issues, which are dealt with interactively and practically in this ISIS seminar. It is dedicated to current procedural aspects, namely the non-contentious administrative procedure, the objection procedure before the tax authorities and the tax justice procedure before the tax courts. The focus is on the mixed assessment procedure for direct taxes, whereby the special features of intercantonal - in particular the latest practice in tax sovereignty cases - and international relationships are also examined. In addition, other types of tax are also dealt with, in particular the withholding tax procedure.
