Content

Personal companies such as family businesses and partnerships are characterized by the fact that there is a close relationship between ownership and management.

Therefore, in the case of such corporations, taxes and duties must be considered as a whole, i.e. both for the company itself and for the parties involved. The workshops of this seminar focus on these particularities and deal not only with topics such as non-cash benefits in the case of personal corporations, reclassification of capital gains into taxable capital gains or earned income, but also with the special challenges of share valuation as well as tax, inheritance and family law aspects of corporate succession.
