Content
The effects of the most recent leading decisions of the courts as well as the current administrative practice will be discussed in depth. In addition, on the one hand, the rule on the combination of services according to Art. 19 para. 2 VAT Act is dealt with, where there is a certain room for manoeuvre of which many are not yet aware. On the other hand, the topic of discretionary assessment will be examined. Then you will learn which tricks and pitfalls are hidden for practitioners in the appeal procedure and what makes a convincing submission. The internet opens up new financing opportunities for entrepreneurs, especially for start-ups. In many cases, innovative companies are not aware of the VAT consequences this can have. These will be highlighted and clarified. Finally, it will be explained how VAT practice in the financial sector is developing and what effects the FinSA and the FinIA have.
