Content

The most recent developments in corporate tax law in legislation, administrative practice and case law are taught in depth and up-to-date.

Of particular interest are the first experiences with the implementation of the STAF provisions. The design and implementation as well as possible effects and tax law problems for companies and their stakeholders will be discussed. Both the special tax law problems of partnerships and the tax stumbling blocks for personal corporations will be examined in depth. Of course, the topic of corporate restructuring is not to be missed. In addition to updates on withholding tax and stamp duties as well as an in-depth look at specific tax issues of SMEs, current issues in the area of intercantonal and international corporate tax law will also be discussed.
