Content

It will provide participants with in-depth and up-to-date information on the latest developments in corporate tax law in legislation, administrative practice and case law. The update of the FTA's circular no. 5 "Restructuring" is of particular interest this year. In addition, the experiences with the implementation of the STAF provisions will also be of great interest this time. In the meantime, the design and implementation in practice have progressed further and the effects and tax law problems for the affected companies and their stakeholders are on the table. As always, the special tax law problems of partnerships and personal corporations will be dealt with in depth in separate workshops. There is also a lot going on in the field of withholding tax and stamp duties. In addition, the upcoming innovations will also be discussed in the discussion of current practice. Of course, this update on corporate tax law includes the latest developments in the area of intercantonal and international tax law.
