Kathrin Egli Arginelli studied law at the University of Fribourg. After being admitted to the bar, she completed an LL.M. in International Taxation at Leiden University, the Netherlands, and qualified as a certified tax expert in 2015. She has many years of professional experience in tax consulting with a "Big4" as well as a trust company in Lugano. She also worked as a research assistant at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), Amsterdam, and as a legal secretary at the Tax Appeals Commission of the Canton of Bern.
She has been working at the Tax Administration of the Canton of Ticino since July 2016, first as Head of the Legal Entities Department and, since October 2021, as Vice Director.
