Tobias Felix Rohner
Dr. Tobias F. Rohner, attorney and certified tax expert, is a partner at VISCHER in Zurich. He is active in national and international tax law and specializes in representing companies and entrepreneurs in mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and financing. He also advises clients (private and corporate) in tax (penalty) proceedings and in the VAT area.
Dr. Tobias F. Rohner is a lecturer at the University of Zurich and at the ZHAW in Winterthur in the area of corporate tax law and serves as a substitute judge at the Zurich Tax Appeals Court. He regularly publishes and lectures on tax topics, is a member of the editorial board of the professional journal "Zürcher Steuerpraxis" and co-author of the commentary on the Zurich Tax Law and the hand commentary on the DBG.
