Content

Of particular interest this year are the implementation of the STAF provisions (Federal Tax Reform and AHV Financing Act). The seminar will discuss the design and implementation as well as possible effects and tax law problems for companies and their stakeholders. For the first time, a workshop will deal exclusively with tax law issues in corporate restructuring. Furthermore, in addition to updates on withholding tax and stamp duties as well as in-depth discussions on specific tax issues of SMEs, as always, updates in the area of intercantonal and international corporate tax law will also be discussed.
