The seminar will discuss the design and implementation as well as possible effects and tax law problems for companies and their stakeholders. For the first time, a workshop will deal exclusively with tax law issues in corporate restructuring. Furthermore, in addition to updates on withholding tax and stamp duties as well as in-depth discussions on specific tax issues of SMEs, as always, updates in the area of intercantonal and international corporate tax law will also be discussed.
